45F and 998mb. After a quarter of an inch of rain (including two short
bursts of hail) it has been a dry but cloudy morning with only a very
light wind, unfortunately from a cold direction.

Mornin' from a cool but dry, gusty, bright and sunny day here in
South Yorkshire. BYT has been popping through the spurious cloud to
cheer us for most of the morning so far. Temperature out there is 7.7�C
(45.9�F) but feeling more like 6�C (42.8�F) in the gusty wind from the
NW. Barometric pressure is now steady after climbing to 999.9 mB
overnight with RH now showing as 53%. Another good drying day I guess,
if I needed it today. Forecast is for it to stay mostly dry and sunny,
with the chance of a few brief showers in the afternoon, and the
temperature to remain below 8�C (46.4�F). More clear skies overnight,
producing freezing temperatures so, like this morning, expect some
light frost early tomorrow. Have a great day, keep taking care and
staying safe.
Tabby was here for a supper at around 23:00 yesterday evening when
Sootie came indoors for the night. This morning Madam has been out on
the prowl but returned early enough to get a good wash and brush up,
before embarking on her midday siesta.
