** Bullshit.

Most washers and driers will easily fit in the back of a hatchback or wagon.

** Horse manure, the costs will be all yours fuckwit.

You have to pay a filing fee, lose time off work, arrange witnesses to appear and maybe cover theirs costs too.
The "respondents" don't even have to turn up.
If you get an order YOU have to enforce it via a local court too.

I've been through this many times.
Traders and LLs have it ALL their way.

They wont incur any costs if your handyman fucked it or the delivery monkey

And wont if you demand that they show up in person at your place either.

That's not entirely true. But in any case, it doesn't help with issues
such as faulty dryers. As it happens, the building reception where I am
is sorting the issue out with the appliance shop.

Goes to show, if you are nice to people then they will help you out.
Maybe you should try that sometime.
