Are any 3D titles streamed in the UK?

That would depend on your definition of 3D. If you mean the ones which we
had tvs and glasses for, then its most likely no, as they will only have the
2D versions. I have heard that sometimes there are the red green ones
somtimes are streamed from non well known sites, but more as curios than
anything else.
3D never really took off with its naff glasses and complexities for little
gain.

I'm surprised nobody has not made a kind of screen per eye TV viewing
device by now. We have seenaumented reality screens, so where is the issue?
Games I think have been made with modes for them. Sounds a bit of a gimmick
to me, a very expensive one!

Brian
