"“ASIC took all the files, all the receipts, everything like that... so
really I feel like she had no foot to stand on,” he said"

Quite an apt statement since her foot washed up on a NSW beach.

Hard to see how they could fake the foot in the sneaker on the beach.

The DNA does match.

I assume that the program would have said that if it was true.

> Hubby might be able to claim a bunch of money - if is was NOT suicide.

But no way to prove it wasn’t so easy for the insurance to say
it was given the detail of the phone and keys left behind and
the video of her leaving the building when he said she did.

And some life insurance does pay on suicide.

Which might be why she committed suicide.

> Right now, the bugger is almost destitute.

No reason why he cant work again or claim child
support given the kid has chosen to stay with him.

And everything including the very fancy unit should
be sold given it was all bought with stolen money.
Tho its possible it was mostly the relos money that
paid for it in which case what happens is up to them.

That was in fact a very minor part of the story.

Nope, dope. And one of the other media would have
spilt the beans on an insurance payout if it was true.

Media Watch would have for sure.
