We do in fact talk to ours but have blocked her at times when
she is being stupid. Many landlords don’t want to have anything
to do with the tenant and employ an agent to do that stuff.

Hardly anyone is actually stupid enough to want to deal
with an obnoxious arsehole like Filthy, that’s why they
tell them to take it up with the agent if they do manage
to work out who the landlord is. That’s what they pay
the agent for, to do the shit work.

In fact with a rented property across the road from my place,
nothing to do with me ownership wise, rented by a biker,
it was the cops that frog marched him off to jail after he
had been arrested for growing pot somewhere else.
NCAT was never involved in getting his slut removed
when she didn’t pay the rent.
