Hardly, didn't even go into the most important part - Baldwin had
repeatedly claimed that he never had his finger on the trigger, said the
weapon was cocked and it went off all by itself without any input from
the trigger, hence him.
He even [outrageously] said that he felt no guilt or responsibility at
all, because he dindu nuffins.

In this video clip of his practice, which he was fast drawing and
pointing the weapon at the stage crew, it is clear to see his finger is
indeed on the trigger, as you'd expect for practice of an old west fast
draw - Don't think you'd find many outlaws or desperadoes drawing and
not having their finger on the trigger.

Not only that but it looks like not only was his finger on the trigger
but he was cocking the weapon with his thumb simultaneously ,, If so,
and it sure looks like exactly this, that would explain why it went off,
for as soon as he let go of the hammer it would have fired with the
trigger already depressed.

Sure looks like he diddu sumthins, the set has already been fined for
extreme negligence, why they are having such a hard time putting the
blame where it belongs is the question, might just have to wait for
civil court for the actual facts to come out.
