They know they are lying but don't care they are lying, nor care their lies harm people, kills them. Anti-vaxxer scum don't care how many people they kill.

The real fear is there will be a lot more lies, much more harm being done, when Musk takes control of Twitter and decides dangerous and harmful lies are a legitimate part of Free Speech.
