Indeed. When Obama sent Victoria "Fuck the EU" Nulland into Ukraine with 5 billion crisp dollar bills to instigate insurrection in Ukraine, it wasn't only about taking Ukraine out of Russia's hands but to set the EU against Russia, end dreams of EU expansion by bringing Russia into the community.

Ukraine was used as a pawn to limit EU supremacy, to ensure America retained it.

And Ukraine is still being used as a pawn by the US via NATO to have EU countries dependent on Russian oil, gas and other resources, cripple themselves, make the EU dependent on American replacements.

It was, and still is, all about securing American supremacy. That got set back during Trump's term in office, but it remained on the Democrat's agenda.

And the Democrat plan has been brilliantly executed. Not only has it convinced lead players within the EU to actually harm themselves, to set themselves back years, to damage their economies, their futures and the euro, it has other members rejecting doing so, undermining the entire EU project. They have even got the EU rejecting their most fundamental and sacrosanct principles.

Trump could never comprehend the value of NATO, could never understand why America was paying to retain NATO members. Trump and the rightwing saw them as free-loaders and couldn't see the benefit of paying to have them jump off the cliff, into the fire, when told to. Obama and Biden could.

Instigate war in Ukraine, have the EU throw themselves under the bus, keep the EU engaged to maximise their self-harm, get the EU to pay for and fuel the war which is actually harming them, secure American supremacy.

That's exactly what Democrats have done. I reluctantly have to tip my hat to Biden. Well played, sir.
