Good morning from Somerset.
61F and 1012mb. There was a short shower in the early hours but the
ground looks dry again already. It is cloudy with a couple of tiny blue
patches to the west, but the general cloud movement is south to north so
I am not expecting any sunshine, and the forecast is for showers to
arrive from that direction in the afternoon.

Best wishes to everybody.

Jim

Mornin' from a dry, mild, overcast, dull and dreary day here in
South Yorkshire. Temperature out there is 16.6C (61.9F) with
barometric pressure falling slowly at 1010.2 mB and RH showing as 97%.
Lots of rain overnight again but all is almost dried out now. Forecast
is for a high chance of more rain and storms this morning, but none
yet. A few sunny periods are due in the early afternoon and around
tea-time with the chance of showers for all day with a temperature peak
at 22C (71.6F) in the early afternoon. Apparently we are to get total
rainfall of around 9 mm for the day. Despite the weather, have another
great day. Stay safe.
No Tabby again today or yesterday so that's 2 whole days when we've
been Tabby-less. Sootie isn't over pleased about the weather and after
an hour out has decided to come in and has now cancel the rest of
Tuesday. I, on the other hand, have taken the bull by the horns and got
on with the weekly wash. Going to use the dryer if it isn't drying
weather out of doors.
