I was in Bunnings today and I told girl writing my name and number into
electronic contraption that I could have given my email instead and she
said that I could not as she was not set up for that,So I said that she
might have to as it was law,so she said have a nice day.
If I feel in a curmudgeonly mood some day I may test it.

That’s Bunnings, not the law and you are free to use the QR code
system if you don’t like it or use someone other than Bunnings.

Today at Northern Beaches hospital, I took issue with a guy who was
collecting sheets required to be completed by everyone entering, and
putting them face up on a pile visible to anyone who chose to look. I
pursuaded him to put them out of view, but I suspect they only stayed
there until I left.
