Mornin' from a cool but dry, bright and sunny day here in South
Yorkshire. It was raining here around dawn but now we have some sunny
spell as the cloud drifts across. Temperature out there is now 14.0�C
(57.2�F) with barometric pressure slowly falling as is RH at 82%.
Forecast is for much of the same but with the temperature to peak at
17�C (62.6�F) in the mid-afternoon and a few brief showers around
tea-time. Have a great day and stay safe everyone.
Sootie was up by 09:15 this morning and out after breakfast around
09:30. No Tabby yet today but she and Sootie caught and killed a mouse
together yesterday evening and Sootie got another one on Wednesday. I
don't know why they insist on bringing them home for me to dispose of
though.

Good morning from Somerset.
There seems to be a problem with Eternal September. I sent a GMT
yesterday morning and nothing appeared until overnight. This morning I
could see the message headers but got an error saying the bodies could
not be found, and it was not until this afternoon that I could read
yesterday's posts.

At the time of writing this, there were no posts dated today. This
suggests there is still a problem and I am posting this via a different
news server. Luckily my old and unused desktop fired up OK.

61F and 1009mb.It has been dull all day, first because of early morning
mist and then because it rained (just as I was out shopping so I got
wet).It remained cloudy once the rain stopped, and the promised sunny
intervals never arrived.
