I always use the Hull - Europoort ferry which has luxury cabins and a Langhan's Brasserie on board.

Sometimes it's just 'The high seas'. The ship leaves Asia for West America and prices are negotiated en-route.
This is the only way to travel. New horizons whilst tenants pay me £1000 a month and my pension is untouched.

Captain says we are going to the Aleutians and then Mexico. Soon be out of internet range but it will nice just to read a book and watch the waves.

Update, Captain says we are going to offload, reload and refuel in Santiago then round the Horn to Cape Town then to Melbourne and finally back to Southampton. Fortunately I have crossed the line before so I will not have go through the ritual hazing.

We had to stop in San Diego for repairs so I left the ship and bought a car to drive to the East Coast. I reckon it will take about 6 months on the back roads.

I thought I was settled in the UK until the wife bought a farm. I now realise how much I had coveted material things. I plan to travel until I have had enough then find a tall building with a nice view. My Nieces and Nephews can have it all.

I am not materialistic, have money in the bank and a house I can (hopefully) return to so what is the worse that can happen?
