Mornin' from what was a lovely sunny day until just about an hour and
a half ago, when the heavens opened and gave us an hour of constant
heavy rain. The crescent was awash when the sun just started to peep
out again, but the it is still falling. The temperature out there is
8.7C (47.7F) with the barometric pressure on the up at 1002.7 mB with RH
showing as 90% and rising. Forecast is for the temperature to peak at
10C (50F) by mid-afternoon with the cloud cover remaining and some
showers too. Have A great New Year's day everyone. Continue taking
care and striving to stay safe.
Tabby turned up twice yesterday, for brunch then a late supper just
before midnight. No sign of her yet today but Sootie didn't stay out
long when the rains came, and is now snoozing on her bed again.

Good morning from Somerset.
52F and 1008mb. It has been a dry but gloomy day so far with only a
light westerly breeze. It is forecast to stay like that for the rest of
the daylight hours.
