Mornin' from dry, mild and cloudy day here in South Yorkshire.
We've had the occasional sunny period this morning. Temperature out
there is 8C (46.4F), barometric pressure steady at 1008.8 mB with RH at
50%. Forecast is for the temperature to peak at 9C (48.2F) around noon
and then to slowly cool to an overnight low of around 2C (35.6F).
Sootie was brought home at 14:30 yesterday, and after checking out
her home territory, came in for an indoor check, some biscuits, a
comprehensive wash and brush-up, a comb and then a snooze on my bed.
This morning she was breakfasted and out by 09:00. I put her unfinished
breakfast outside for her to finish off as and when!! No sign of Tabby
but I spotted a magpie pecking up cat biscuits from the saucer that was
for her.
After a couple of traumatic days at the hospital I'm now feeling a
lot better now.

Good afternoon from Somerset.
47F and 1011mb. There were some busy thunderstorms in South Wales early
this morning and they were heading gradually towards me, and they had
quietened down by the time they reached me, raining for about four hours
over lunchtime but no thunder. It is still pretty gloomy and some
drizzle is still possible according to the forecast.
