Gremlin works (like the rest of us) and snit doesn't. He's got all
the time in the world to work on his arts and crafts and modify

And he repeatedly lies about the whole chatbot thing. Gremlin *has
already shared source code that wasn't simply script* to a chat

snits runs inside of AppleScript and requires usage of a web
browser in order to work. Gremlins is a self contained executable
program. It doesn't require an interpreter or your web browser to
do the heavy lifting.

snit has no idea how to directly interact with any irc server.
Steve Carroll had to hand hold him for the usenet server via
telnet. An irc server is more complicated to interact with. It
does more.

Gremlins is modeled after an elizabot so it has database files and
can "learn". It's not using fixed strings for keywords or reply
generation. snits is.

We think it was wise of Gremlin not to share the entire source to
it. snit would have twisted what Gremlin shared into an admission
or proof that he's behind the lame floodbot. He's already done
exactly that to Steve Carroll. And we remind you and the first
post in the following thread shows you:

floodbot. He quoted Gremlin out of context to support the false
accusations he wrote about him.

If Gremlin shared full source - with instructions to compile that

as we've been describing him. We really aren't bsing about snit.
snit would use it to try and sell another whopper of a bs story.

It is one reason I question how much of these viruses he takes credit for are
his. That might be a very specialized skill and he can -- or could -- do it...
but it seems he would be able to show FAR more skill now than he does. And I
say that not because of my lack of respect for him: Carroll shows a great deal
of skill and I have even less respect for him.

focus, and the bizarre stories to try to explain why the "real" Gremlin is not

My late friend from Sidmouth Software was always adamant that Dustin
attacked his work servers and destroyed all data. Steve did, of course,
have everything backed-up and was up and running again in less that 6 hours.

Mind you, the servers were not made by Apple! ;-)
