I've been getting some crashed/sudden reboots lately. Where are the main
ports of call to find relevant logs to investigate the cause?

Also any tips to what type of thing might be the cause? AFAIA I've not
changed anything, hardware or software.

Bah! They appear to be binary files. I think you can use Console app to view
them (left side menu).

I've found a few "ResetCounter" entries in Diagnostic Reports which
coincide with crashes and look like this, but that's it.

Support Communities.

Have you thought about upgrading to Monterey? Of course that will not
necessarily alleviate the problem!!!

I find it absolutely bewildering what Apple did to the Mac logging
system. It's as horrible as systemd now.

This Mac > System Report > Software > Installations

Anything there which is non-Apple?

Not an option, unfortunately, as this is a work managed Mac. Monterey is
yet to be approved.

Oh, wait. Just checked System Preferences and it is now available :)

Might wait until the weekend, mind.
