Theresa May made valiant attempts to craft some sort of compromise soft Brexit agreement to deal with this issue, but
Boris and the DUP made sure she failed. Inevitably, he put becoming PM over the national interest, and the DUP chose to
believe his lies.

No, there wasn't. No one in the UK said anything about a hard border, it all
came via back channels from the mincing ponce in ireland and his mates in the
EU in order to strongarm the UK.

You have to wonder how someone like her managed to become an MP in the first
place. Totally unsuitable and clearly didn't give a toss about her constituents

The UK had no intention of implementing one, only Eire/EU. And good luck to
them explaining why Guarda were stopping people at the border. It would
probably have lasted a week.
