Mornin' from a wet, cloudy, gusty but mild day in South Yorkshire .
So far we've had some short sunny periods, a few torrential, but brief,
showers with a gusty, up to 30 mph, wind from the SSW. Temperature out
there is 15.5C (59.9F) with the barometric pressure falling at 992.9 mB
and RH showing as 86%. Forecast is for much the same mixed bag with
short storms too. Temperature will peak at 19C (66.2F) in the early
afternoon and then fall to an overnight low of 14C (57.2F). Have a great
day everybody, but keep striving to stay safe. Sootie was up,
breakfasted and out just before 09:00. Then we had a short torrential
downpour and she dashed into her kennel. I reckon she could be in there
for most of the rest of today. No Tabby yet today but she was here for
supper late last night. Right now we have vertical heavy rain bouncing
back of the hard surfaces, again.

Good evening from Somerset.
60F and 1002mb. The gadget in the garden measured just over an inch of
rain. Today is a bit better - just under a quarter of an inch so far
and it has come as short sharp showers at random intervals. It has been
a lot windier today than it was yesterday.

Best wishes to everybody.

Jim
