When I do the back-up of my iPad it insists on resyncing portions of the
music library. Appears to be the same 355 tracks each time. Haven't been
able to spot a common factor yet. Also resyncs the same 70 odd album art
files.

Has anyone found a cure for this yet? It's been going on a few years now.

Have you tried removing those tracks from your library, syncing, then
re-adding them? Maybe start with a couple.

Haven't tried that, I'll give it whirl. Trouble is with that many
tracks it's difficult to identify all the culprits. I'll try removing a
playlist I know has a number of candidates and see if that works.

Well that didn't work, I'm back to the full 355. Might try the nuclear
option of deleting all the tracks and starting again.
