Especially as it MAY only a mystery to us not Porter. Didn't Porter go
hard against Dastyaris? for accepting money from the Chinese for legal
fees? At least that, while idiotic, was transperent.

Yep. This is EXACTLY the same as the Dastyari case with the ONLY
exception is that Dastyari was 'honest' enough to put a name down so
everyone knew who it was who was his generous bagman.
