Ringing a bell - a very rare occurrence as, although their fitting is
recommended by the Highway Code, cyclists routinely remove them - or
shouting "Get out of the fucking way" or "Get out of the way, I'm not
stopping" DO NOT act as commands that pedestrians have to obey.
Pedestrians are under no obligation whatsoever to do whatever cyclist
choose to shout at them. Cyclists must defer to them, coming to a stop
if necessary.

Perhaps pedestrians should start wearing 'Capitan Marvel' video
spectacles, apparently the police love their recordings.
