Sometimes I'm prompted to sign documents and this seems to happen in
two ways.

I scan my usual signature and attach it to the email, or I select one
of several "signatures" supplied by the sender and this selection
attaches itself to the signature field(s) of the document.

Does one type outrank the other?

Are these electronic signatures binding, and are they as good as the
old manual type?

And Voiceprints; what about these?

And scanned images of drivers licences, are these as good as
signatures?

Confused.

Return an image of the signed doc.

The deal is in the hands of the party who created the doc.

Thank you, but what about a 56-page annual return?

Thanx, does this mean the document is mine if I print it out?
