One wonders why the unfortunate Mr Wetton wasn't centred in the bicycle
box, if he was intending to travel straight ahead. The lane there is
narrow and no car could have pulled alongside, and Mr Wetton could have
controlled the flow as he cycled off when the lights changed.

There's no mention in this report of his wearing a cycle helmet.
