I had that problem on 2 iphones yeaterday, but managed to connect with
one of them this morning, the other one is with its owner and not here
but will try it in a few days, I suspect its an intermittant network problem

Updated to Mac OS 12.3 and still can't connect to App Store.

Got up this morning and tried again. Lo and behold, connected. Attempt number
6 or 7. I do wonder what's going on. Nothing has changed except updating to OS
12.3 and that was two or three attempts back.

Bloomberg's been reporting that Apple's been suffering an outage in the
App Store, iTunes, and iCloud.
