that’s the link to Apple’s various secure sites, such as ASC and
AppleSeed. If you have a valid login, you can get in, trivially easily.
Depending on site and security level, you might need your AppleID and AppleID
password, or you might need the ID and password for your device. (Or you
might need to use FaceID or TouchID, if connecting on a iPhone/iPad/MackBook
with fingerprint reader/camera/whatever)

If you can’t log in, perhaps you’ve been banned. Again.
