Yes well, they are the people who Virgin tend to use. My neighbour never did
get her new router, it apparently was delivered in a similar way to yours at
the right number of the right street but in a completely different town.

When I buy something online I try to specify NEVER send by Herpes, on
the order.

I'd withdraw their presumed right of access if I thought they'd know
what that meant. Much as I'd like to sue them for trespass, I don't
think the option is cost-effective.
