Looks like:

will get you a 128Kbps mp3 stream

and

http://stream.beyondradio.co.uk:8000/high

A 192Kbps AAC one.

If using on a windows PC, then you can open either of those addresses in
VLC media player as a network stream.

On Linux, you can add MPD and MPC (Music Player Demon, and Music Player
Controller), and do:

mpc add http://stream.beyondradio.co.uk:8000/high
mpc play
