The important points in this video are:

The weather was good
The road was dry
The cyclists weren't racing
The cyclists weren't on a time trial
There were no pedestrians
There were no vehicles

.... and yet in these Cycletopia conditions, one of the cyclists
rear-ended another, and then fell off - partly because he couldn't get
to the brakes in time.

One wonders what might have happened in a recent case of a driver
"...who injured a cyclist [and] has pleaded guilty to dangerous
driving..." [according to "SM"] without coming into actual contact with
any cyclist and while giving the group the maximum possible amount of
room, had this video been shown together with the video of the
non-collision taken by the cyclist-lout who made the offensive gesture,
the latter of which shows a speed differential between at least two of
the cyclists.

It practically makes the case for cyclists to be banned from the roads
(and pavements) on the grounds they are a danger to themselves if not
others.
