My big brother is extremely late Georgian, having been born on 5th Feb
1952. My mother said she was lying in hospital, feeling on top of the
world and the radio was only playing funeral dirges...

It had never occurred to me to call myself a Georgian, but your post
reminds me that I once knew a lady (who was approaching 100 years old
when I met her) who was very proud to call herself a Victorian.

I now quite fancy the idea of saying "I'm one of the last Georgians, you
know" - on top of just fancying I stay alive for a good many more years,
you understand!)

We Georgians are know for being graciously proportioned and classical in
nature, with pleasing symmetry based on the golden ratio.

If it's all the same to you, I shall _not_ pass on your post to Wofe -
lest she exhibit one of those characteristics.
