I was more than a bit dubious when they seemed in a rush to discuss
terms and conditions; I was assuming there was going to be an NDA
(non-disclosure agreement), a. k. a. gagging clause. Presumably there
wasn't, or she's being silly (which I don't think she is) in telling
umbrella about it immediately.

I suspect she won't but will decide the time is ripe to leave Ambridge.
Presumably either Roy or, possibly, Tracy will get it instead. How come
Kathy doesn't appear to have asked anything about what the job involved
and what GG was being converted into though. Judging from her
subsequent discussion with Pat, it didn't sound as if she had that
discussion even after the mics were switched off.
