I joined the forum when it morphed from a Yahoo group in 2002. I owned a
R1150GS at the time. I have not owned a GS since 2011 but it is still a
useful resource, especially the travel section (which is not behind a
paywall). Many others hang around after selling a GS or own other bikes.
Some of the 160 threads in the dedicated Kawasaki section have in excess of
50k views.

There are many people there with substantial classic collections and the
disposable income to go with it. I have bought & sold more stuff on this
forum than anywhere else. Mostly accessories for bikes I no longer own such
as the R1150GS, Super Tenere and Tracer.
