I can't believe that is the final production-ready design. It looks
totally unfinished, aside from the obvious hazard to peds.

Headlight and screen aren't pretty and the radiator cheeks/fairing
lowers for the absent fairing are nearly as hideous as the KTM
equivalents, and the seat looks adequate for touring if you're happy to
do ten miles a day. Flatten the seat somewhat and pad it up a bit,
shrink the radiator cheeks to the size of the Speed Triple trims,
dispose of the twin bacon slicers on the headlight, and give some though
to the screen, and it could be quite nice. Oh, and put some panniers on
that fit in with the general air of the bike (something like the H2's
panniers).

But they weren't bought for the looks anyway, I desperately needed to
replace the old tyres, and the rims I had would not take anything
tubeless, so my choice of winter tyres was effectively zero. These
