They've just moved the local police station here. The first thing the council did was install a speed bump on the road leading to the police station car park, which didn't have one when it was council offices. Do we conclude:

1) The council thinks police are dangerous drivers?

2) A council officer has been done for speeding or had his suspension damaged by bumps so many times he thinks he can get revenge?

3) The police think it's good publicity?

4) The council love spending money for no reason.

Wait until the suspension repairs bill goes up for the cop cars....
