That is a question for them. If the display says the meter is on the
network then tell them and say if its broken your end, nothing to do with us
guv.

I got a bill with estimated readings this month, I have smart meters but
they are in 'vend mode'.
Presumably since Octopus took over Bulb the meters have been this way, I
recall this happening when I changed to Bulb and it took about 6 months
and many emails/phone calls to sort.
