I don't think you're properly old until insurance starts going up again.

At least that's what I'll continue to tell myself until that day comes.

For now I'm just getting 'older'.

the bikes must be getting to the point where they are worth more weighed in

You jest, but last year an H-D sales manager estimated its value at
£8k, with the caveat "but we wouldn't want it, obviously".

Wings retain their value very well, post initial drop-off.

They'll see me out.
