I never used it. When I was using Windoze I was with Zetnet and a tester
on their own software development, ZIMACS, which I rather rated for mail
and news.

By that time I was triple-booting between Win2000, Debian (Linux) and
BeOS, on which last I was on the beta-testing group (and occasionally
with alpha bits thrown in).

I tried to use only protocol-compliant software, which is why I eschewed
Windows and all its jbexf.

I take the stuff, on a 'when needed' basis.

The problem is that our local Pharmacy cannot get its collective head
around
"It's on his prescription, but he doesn't want any right now"
so they keep on dispensing until I have boxes of the stuff all over the
place.

Since 11 seems to insist on very modern hardware in order to jbex, you
should just keep on using your existing kit, & maybe buy second hand if
you have to.

I buy second hand Thinkpad laptops for SWMBO, & she is entirely happy
with them.

Chap I knew controlled his reflux in part by chewing gum.

He was over eighty, and resorted to the gum to control the reflux which was
exacerbated by the exercises that he was doing in yoga class. Chewing gum was
recommenden to him by his doctor: the increased saliva flow from the gum would
wash down the acid, and he said it worked...

Could you find somebody else who wants some and swap it for something
else?

Shock! Horror! The very idea! But only last night, on the World
Service (I think it was) I heard of two women who were each unable to
persuade their doctor to reexamine their HRT medication and took it
upon themselves to do a swap with each other. They lived a
considerable distance apart so I think they agreed to meet up
somewhere in the middle and have a coffee as they exchanged
medication.

If you collect it from the pharmacy, you can open the packet and return
the medication as long as it's before you leave the pharmacy.
