With the Tog Tour I assume a few people crossed using the tunnel.

So, what's the post-brexit experience like? Were the French immigration
at all interested in where you were going or has nothing much changed?

Did you have to show anything more than your passport?

The machine asks a couple of extra questions about passengers (how many and who) when checking in. Your passport gets stamped in each direction. They've moved things about in Coquelles, so the terminal building is between checkin and customs/border (like Folkestone) rather than after everything (as it was). The bloke at the UK border post at Coquelles was less of a miserable arse than they usually are.

Other than that, nothing else has changed.

Had to upload an NHS vaccine cert within 72 hours of departure from the UK. Nothing else checked on the day though.

We uploaded API and vaccine certificates as requested on their
website. Had to show passports either twice or three times, can't
remember, otherwise just sailed through. Not asked any questions
about, e.g., where we were staying.
