I would say not at all since he's already said he won't vote for the Privilege Committee recommendations after Johnson was found guilty of deliberately lying to the House.

Gove tries to pretend he's better than other tory scum but he's not. In many ways he's worse. He may say he doesn't defend the indefensible but he won't condemn it, makes himself an apologist for it.
