Landline failed on Sat evening; violent buzzing noise, but
broadband still working.

When BT's whole raison d'etre is communication why is it so
difficult to get through to them to report a fault?

Went round the houses several times on their website,
following their pointless instructions until finally
a screen came up to book an engineer.

BUT NOT UNTIL WEDNESDAY!!!!

Phone's been working all week with multiple unwanted
SPAM calls but when I needed it ... GRRRRR!!!!!
