We've given some preliminary thought on how to efficiently bring any on
screen dialog to the foreground by introducing an [ ] action element upon
the dialog frame.

This theoretically only involves moving the ONSCREEN [] array nth entry to
being the last entry and then adjusting the yOffset / y variables.

We're just having to verify any non conformity issues with respects to the
MOVE {} and ONSCREEN {} move {} objects -- am I duplicating a MOVE {}
object and then changing the size dynamic which might have a consequence on
the yOffset / y delta change?

And extending the simple 2 dialog scenario where our coding retains the
dialog position dynamic and toggles a dialog to the foreground.

We've implemented the TELOS idea {} concept in our SPIRAL SELECTOR@{} and
we notice there is an expansive ONTIC / DEME infusion within the Hebrew /
Greek lexicon as having an implication on epistemological premise.

Accordingly we're going to today focus on completing the STRONGS {} concept
which will convey the LEXICON entry with the BIBLOS narrative occurrence
