Despite geolocation on the IP addresses for the site returned by
nslookup showing they're using Cloudflare in the USA, their language
belies that English is not their native language.

https://libribook.com/home/about
We're Three Students Makes This Site As a Graduation Project .
We're Looking Forwoard To Keep Working On This Site And Make It
Reach All The People Who's Like To Read Online Books .

Says their site was "deployed" in May 2016, yet their copyright notice
has not been updated since 2018. To me, "graduation project" = "school
project".

https://libribook.com/home/contact

Claims they will honor copyright and DCMA regulations, but looks to be
for authors/owners to complain about the infringement. If Corel doesn't
know about the site, they won't know to pursue the infringement.

Anything by Woody is better than "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion for
Dummies" which I recently read. Hardcore "equality of results" not
"equality of opportunity" for sure.....
