It seems as if yamn@, yamn2@, yamn3@, and yamn4@ are all suffering from
the same problem.

The "550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local
recipient table" message indicates to me that there is an MTA issue,
specifically with recipient addresses. Maybe the problem is related to
how the recipient list is (dynamically) generated.

This feels like a fairly low level / SMTP / MTA adjacent error and is
independent of if other things are running or not.

I upgraded to Windows 11 and the user interface now kind of
sucks but it boots up really fast.
