I know this isn't a test group but I have an issue using QSL and Yamn
clients which might be resolvable by the vast network of experienced
coders here who really, really understand the intricacies anon networks.

I post from behind a VPN which I always use. Using Thunderbird for
regular emails, I can email through the tunnel using normal SMTP
(gmail) and port 465/ssl. However, setting up QSL to use the same,
pingers update ok (TOR proxy, 9050) but the email chokes at the
SMTP/465 line in the log. Yamn has the same issue, it just doesn't
work.

So, I'm using Omnimix as a last resort and thinking it maybe should
have been my first resort.

I'm using neodome as the single m2n gate here and leaving the rest up
to Omnimix. If this gets through, then I'll be an OM convert from now
on. Any ideas why I'm having the issue with QSL and Yamn?

Neither the creator of QSL nor the creator of YAMN have ever claimed
that the two programs can work together.

Using Omnimix seems like the obvious solution and I'm happy you have had
success with it.

I can't help with your issue, but I'm very interested in any followup
replies.

I'm a recent convert to Omnimix and I can confirm your experience.

Omnimix is rock solid reliable for me. All my posts and NG replies
always make it with Omnimix. I can't recall ever having delivery
failures using Omnimix.
