Got another clue on my long abandoned Quatian install:
Ventoy complains it isn't 64bit UEFI
Kinda confirms my experience

So I noticed rescatux can fake UEFI? Might someone explain it to me?

First as has been previously mentioned in other posts you have
caused to be written, ReactOS is not yet ready for consumption unless
you enjoy development.
Pick a Linux Distro and you have read many suggestions. Then use it,
maybe MX or AntiX as an install on your machine. Then having a working
lightweight Linux system install VirtualBox. Then one at time
install your old stuff but into virtual machines set up for each of your
operating systems. If your processor can handle the work and you have
plenty of memory and space on your hard disk maybe you can run all your
virtual machines at the same time and won't that be fun.
