neodome is a poorly managed public news server that does not take
measures to prevent abuses by its users; the abuse desk does not react

Backstory: apparently someone with right-leaning political views (a
'fascist', they said) was banned from Aioe and went to Neodome, where
he was posting 'fake news' to it.politica newsgroup. Because I didn't
ban that person Aioe server administator decided to block all messages
from Neodome. I guess someone who can read Italian can provide more
information.

With Altopia, I had to deal with it because Chris never
cancel any posts, including the ones that I would cancel.

The cancel would be sent out, but alt didn't accept them.

That was my bad, I accidentally turned filtering off and didn't notice
it for some time. Since flood never really stopped, it started leaking
out again. I, however, fixed it few hours ago, you should not see any
new messages.

Because hiding originating IP addresses in headers is also done in
filter script, you're able to see sender's IP address in Path and
Injection-Info of those messages.
