Yesterday (Saturday) I moved sec3.net to a different VPS host. The IP
change caused some temporary unavailability to the web site. It should
be resolved today.

ProTip: Either of the following will help avoid this type of problem:

1) Reduce the TTL on DNS records to something fairly short O(minutes)
at least the old TTL value /before/ the change, preferably 2 x old TTL
value, make the change, raise the TTL value back to desired value.

2) Run the old and new server in parallel (sans changes) for at least
TTL value after making the change.
