I get the following error when retrieving the keys:

S HTTP State: Connected.
U HTTP error: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
U Trying to get 'dat\cyp_keys_2204.asc' from
'https://remailer.paranoici.org/stats/pgp-all.asc' ...

I use OM 2.6.3. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

browser also tells me

So that's a server-side problem.

You have to replace the entries on OM's StateExt|Cypherpunk tab with
working links, e.g.

Remailers: https://www.mixmin.net/echolot/rlist2.txt
Stats: https://www.mixmin.net/echolot/rlist.txt
Keys: https://www.mixmin.net/echolot/pgp-all.asc
