With version 2.3 OmniMix moved to the more modern GnuPG 2.1 branch,
apart from the gain of further crypto algorithms mainly driven by
its capability of setting signature timestamps to random values
without having to modify the computer's system time, which
version 1.4 still lacks. Unfortunately GnuPG 2.1 fell short of
expectations in many respects concerning design, security and
performance:

- Broken keyring separation caused by a common secret key
repository
- Decoding restriction to a specified secret key fails
- Mandatory passphrase caching
- Accordingly poor performance
- Buggy gpg-agent interlayer freezing every now and then
- Passphrase requirements for secret key export

That's why this experiment has to end with OmniMix returning
to GnuPG 1.4.

As there's a good side to everything, I meanwhile managed to
add a --sig-date option to a custom build of GnuPG 1.4. As a
result cryptographic timestamps can now be modified without
any restrictions resp. system intervention thereby
preserving speed, reliability and security of GnuPG 1.4.

Due to the fact that key storage methods of GnuPG 1.4 and
2.1 aren't compatible an update based on an OmniMix 2.3.x
version requires all nym accounts and WME keys to be migrated
as described in the 'OMNIMIX 2.3 UPDATE' chapter below. To
facilitate that task there's now a Nym Accounts context menu
entry that allows to 'Export All Accounts' in one go.
