According to the hint popup windows defaults are:

Latency 2
Distance 20

But that was acceptable in better days some time ago, where we
had plenty of remailers and no repetition was necessary even
within longer chains. Click at one of the [...] buttons on the
Anon tab to see what's left today.

So nowadays it depends.

Reduce Distance to 3 or 4 to allow remailer repetition within a
chain. And if delivery time doesn't matter increase Latency to
6 to include both frell remailers.
