I second that, I've used it for many years to keep up with my 1200 DVD
library.

It's pretty cool to be confident you're always watching the movie you
haven't seen in the longest amount of time.

The same program (v. 0.37) runs fine on both my Tiger 10.4 and El
Capitan 10.11.6 systems, wish all apps behaved like that.

Thanks for the praise guys.

0.37 is pretty old, but as they say: "never change a running system" :-)

The current version is 0.72 and runs on Big Sur (you just have to push it
through gatekeeper...)

I update as soon as I can see the button to click :-)-O and have only
been burned one single time when they messed up the virtualization or
whatever Virtual Box uses and it ran out of memory all the time.

I need that for the practice software [1], but figured out a way around it
until they fixed it.

Can not recall any other issues.

What is really annoying, though, is that they need 2GB to fix one or a
few issues.

Each time.

Times 4 laptops for the family (and practice) and three desktops, in a
developing country...

The Combo Updates of times past were still large but you only needed one
and a stick.

For the iDevices it's less annoying, because smaller sizes and we do not
have the same device twice so we'd need to download them anyway.
